Below is how to add a new "nuisance" caller number to your Mitel Connect phone software. This "How To" assumes you have an existing caller blocking rule.  The name of the rule in this example is "Block Callers", but the rule could be named something else.

  1. Open Mitel Connect

  2. Click on Connect, then Settings

  3. Click on Call Routing, Power Routing, then Edit

  4. Click on number matches, add the nuisance number to the new field, then click Save Rule

That's it. You may close Mitel Connect.  When a call comes from the "nuisance" number, it will be routed to an unattented extension (7999), bypassing your voicemail, and the call will drop.
