How do you change your Duo options after the initial enrollment? How do you add a new MFA approval device (e.g. tablet)?
These Duo settings options are visible when you see a Duo authentication prompt. However, what if you want to change options between seeing the prompt? Here's how.
1. Open a web browser window in "incognito" mode or "private" mode. What your browser calls this depends on the browser you use. For Google Chrome, it's "incognito" mode. Right-click on the Google Chrome icon, then select New incognito window.
2. Browse to go.cwsl.edu and log in. This should force the appearance of the Duo authentication prompt, seen below.
3. Click on My Settings & Devices
On the following screen you have the options to add another device (if you want a backup device to your mobile phone), and the option to change the login push option.
